The short version
I'm Beau D'Amore. I've spent 25+ years writing software for healthcare, legal, government, and e-commerce organizations - the kinds of places where the data cannot leave the building and the consequences of getting it wrong are real.
In 2022 I founded Treasure Coast Software LLC, and shortly after began building damore.ai - an AI consultancy focused on what most vendors won't help with: private, on-premise LLM deployments for organizations that can't put their data into someone else's cloud.
On the technical side that means Open WebUI, Ollama, ChromaDB, custom LangChain pipelines, QLoRA fine-tuning, and the boring-but-critical operational work (logging, security, deployment, monitoring) that turns a demo into a production system. On the human side it means translating between executives, end-users, and engineers so the resulting system is one all three groups can actually live with.
